That's how every letter I type with my index fingers feels - yes, my friends - I've rediscovered knitting. So far I have made nuthing, BUT a BEAUTIFUL scarf is on the way! I spent the ENTIRE evening knitting. I missed the entire Wedding Singer movie (well, not the part with Billy Idol; that would be a sin).
SO Bishop Allen is playing in Buffalo, New York on December 4th. Anyone wanna go on a little road trip?! I can't drive on my own, and I don't have a car, but I could be in charge of sandwiches and refreshing drinks.
Tomorrow night is that party - like - thing at my house (in my apartment?!) I don't even know what's going on. Anyone who's coming, if you could please provide a bag of chips, or some snack of some sort, that would make my dreams come true. Also BYOB.
I have to work at the theatre tomorrow afternoon and evening... Hopefully Joe will be nice and clean out the machine for me... although it might be his turn - who knows. I'm still not 100% sure about my costume, but I'm sure I'll manage to throw SOMETHING together... perhaps I could knit something up!! Nope. I like that, "Nope". It's the 2000's alternative to "Not".
Who's coming to the Royal Winter Fair with me this year??
EVEN MORE exciting, 1050 Chum still has Oldies Dances - I know there's one THIS Saturday on the Queensway, but I'm thinking' we're all gonna be too pooped from Friday, so we'll have to go to the next one for sure. I don't know if they're weekly dances, or what, but I've signed up for the newsletter.
I had my job interview today - the more I think of it, the more and more I like it. I don't now if I'll get it though because they know my old Boss and he was an ass and I kinda (sorta) told him so.
So, I still have no cable, but I discovered tonight that I do get channel 8. Drew Carey is my new favourite show.
My armpit is itchy.
